Cantarero Pallets, Inc., located in Wauconda, IL has made significant improvements in their direct, business to business customer service operations by cutting out the middleman.
“We do not use call centers to handle incoming or outgoing customer inquiries,” says Anwar Cantarero, CEO of Cantarero Pallets, Inc. “We have gone direct to our customers. By eliminating the middleman and implementing “rapid response” chat bot technology through our website and mobile app, we can respond to new and existing client inquiries almost immediately from the field or office.”
From a logistics perspective, Cantarero Pallets can also coordinate pallet orders much more effectively and rapidly with a more direct communication approach. Calls for orders are immediately directed to the warehouse inventory and distribution managers who then can quickly fill orders on Cantarero’s expansive fleet of delivery trucks. Orders can then be delivered on a much timelier basis to customers.
“As we improve and modify our direct to customers systems, we can serve more customers in more locations faster because we can also coordinate much faster between our two warehouses,” says Anwar Cantarero, CEO of Cantarero Pallets, Inc. “When orders come in, they are simultaneously sent to both our Wauconda, IL. and Bolingbrook warehouse location. Often, our clients also have multiple locations that are served faster by one warehouse versus the other from a location standpoint. So having orders sent a processed directly and seamlessly between the two warehouses gives us and our customers a real fulfillment advantage.”
Cantarero Pallets, Inc. continues to improve and build upon what customers want and need based on the rapidly changing dynamics of the wood pallet industry.
